Welcome to the Nano Energy Transport Laboratory

The goal of our research is to provide innovative technological advances that will help address global challenges in energy and sustainability. Through our multidisciplinary background in thermal science, materials science and nanoscale engineering, we investigate how energy transport processes in novel nanostructured materials affect energy conversion efficiency, storage density, thermal transport and light management. Specific areas of interests are thermoelectric energy conversion and refrigeration, solar energy utilization and micro/nanoelectronic devices.
